Meet Our Team

Syeeda has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare and research industry. She is a retired physician with a MBBS specializing in Obstetrics/Gynecology from Bangladesh. Once in the US, she went on to work in hypertension research at UCSD. Additionally, she was an integral part of a non-profit community health group for over 10 years working as a specialist in diabetic care management. Under her teachings she was able to provide tools and knowledge to help patients suffering from diabetic ailments; create transformative changes in their lives. Now in her retirement years Syeeda wants to continue helping others however she can. As a proud RCFE owner, she is now devoted to providing a nurturing environment for her elderly residents. In her spare time she likes gardening, cooking, singing karaoke and spending time with her loved ones. 

Mohammad has 45 years of experience in healthcare management. He is a retired General Surgeon and Physician from Bangladesh. Once in the US, he became the Chief Operations Officer for the community health center Operation Samahan. For over 24 years their mission was to provide access to healthcare for retired veterans and seniors. Under his guidance they were able to expand to 6 community health centers throughout Southern California. The network he built went on to serve people of all walks of life and is expanding its efforts to this day. Now in his retirement years Mohammad wants to continue helping others however he can. As a proud RCFE owner of multiple facilities, he is now devoted to providing compassionate care for his residents. In his spare time he likes cycling, gardening and singing karaoke.

Rash holds a double major in Political Science and Criminology from the University of California Irvine. He also has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Redlands. Post graduate school he went on to build his own outsource Manufacturing company ODEA Industries. With a background in business marketing and technology, he now plays an essential role in overseeing Elderly Haven’s brand management and day-to-day operations. Rash is deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of care, safety, and comfort that families trust. In his free time, Rash enjoys playing guitar, staying active at the gym, and spending time playing sports and video games.
